Mike Green, Manufacturing Engineering Co-op

"I decided to work at Kinze to gain job experience as a college student so I would be better prepared for the workforce post-graduation. Kinze has been a great place to learn and grow as a co-op.  The co-op program Kinze has allows students to come into a working environment and apply skills they have learned in a classroom setting and attain new skills that cannot be taught in a classroom such as organization, communication, and time management."
