NCGA also represents the interests of more than 300,000 farmers who contribute to corn checkoff programs in 19 states. NCGA is a federation of state organizations, corn boards, councils and commissions, which develops and implements polices and programs on a state and national level to help protect and advance the corn producer's interests.

distributors decided they had some things in common: None were major companies.
Each was meeting a specialized needwithin the burgeoning farm equipment market. They recognized the need for a common voice that could connect them with one another and represent their interests.That same year The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association(FEMA) was founded with 46 member companies.

custom harvesters and related businesses such as implement dealers, insurance companies and farmers. The organization was established and chartered in 1983 in the State of Texas and serves as a link between the harvesters and the many groups of people they work with, such as farmers, businesses, State and Federal Government.
