mike medhurst, Director of Human Resources
Mike Medhurst, Director of Human Resources, joined Kinze in 2014. Mike sets the overall HR strategy and is responsible for employee relations, compensation, company communications, HRIS systems, recruitment and selection, benefits strategy and benefits administration, environmental health & safety. Prior to joining Kinze, Mike held Human Resources and Safety management positions at Pentair Inc. where he completed the Executive Development program through the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Mike holds a M.S. from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville and a B.S from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois.
