Welcome to Kinze Manufacturing

Integrity, innovation, excellence, customer focus and mutual respect. These are the core values upon which Jon Kinzenbaw built his company. The same values that drive all business activities today.

The History of Kinze Innovation

It was 1965 when a 21-year-old American farmer named Jon Kinzenbaw opened his own welding shop in Victor, Iowa. Six years later his first major innovation - the single axle, low-profile grain cart - revolutionized the grain handling industry. In 1975, Jon invented a rear-folding planter toolbar that changed the planting industry overnight. Kinze has been a recognized technology leader and innovator ever since.

Kinze Today

Kinze is still privately held by the Kinzenbaw family and a market leader in innovative, durable and high-quality planters and grain auger carts. The company's world headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Williamsburg, Iowa, span more than 25 acres under roof. Kinze continues to reinvest in state-of-the-art facilities while marketing to a global dealer network.

Kinze in Lithuania

In May 2013, Kinze opened its first production plant abroad in Lithuania. (Click here to view the facility location.) The new facility manufactures Kinze row crop planters, contributing to its growing market in neighboring countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Hungary. Two models of planters are currently produced (models 3000 and 3600).
