Fertilizer Pump Options
John Blue® Squeeze Pump Option includes mounting bracket, drive components and precision-cut sprockets for rate adjustments. Two pumps are included with Model 3600 liquid fertilizer squeeze pump options. (Not compatible with Model 3500, 3600 and 3700 rear trailer hitch options.)
John Blue® LM-2455 Piston Pump with John Blue® Flow Divider distributes precise fertilizer amounts to all rows. Option includes pump mounting bracket, sprockets, drive components and flow divider. Model 3000 is direct driven. All other models use dedicated contact drive wheels. Low Rate Liquid Fertilizer Check Valve Packages are available in 4 row - 24 row packages. The check valves (not shown) improve row-to-row consistency at very low rates.
Fertilizer Opener Options
HD Single Disc Openers - for use in any tillage system. Includes 18" diameter blade with scraper, 2 1/2" wide spring-loaded soil press tire, drop tubes and adjustable depth and down pressure settings.
Notched Single Disc Openers - for mulch-till or moderate no-till systems. Includes 16 3/4" diameter blade, cast iron hub with sealed bearings, 5/8" spindle bolt, horizontally mounted coil down force spring, drop tubes and a vertical cast mount to allow for blade and depth adjustment.Notched Single Disc Opener - also available with a depth/gauge wheel attachment or a single residue wheel attachment
Double Disc Openers - for conventional tillage. Includes 15" diameter offset "V" blades, inner and outer scrapers, adjustable coil down force spring, welded shank with lockup, drop tubes and mounting hardware.
