Kinze Blog - Sparks of Innovation

Calling all Innovators

Published October 18, 2013 by Kinze Manufacturing

At Kinze, we’re always on the lookout for the next big innovators. Could that be you? Let me ask you this: What motivates you professionally? Are you the type of person who does the job to get a pat on the shoulder? Or are you driven to create things that can make the world a better place?

If you said that you want to make the world a better place, we have careers that you may want to explore.  Our culture values employees and gives them a chance to help make the world a better place through the creation of innovative products that help feed people all around the world.

This is an exciting time to be in agriculture manufacturing. There are so many brilliant individuals and game-changing companies earnestly engaged in developing new ag products and technologies that will help feed an ever-growing world population.

That challenge can’t be understated. Population forecasts predict the world will grow by approximately 2 billion people in the coming decades, intensifying the need for new tools, technologies and methods that help us grow, process and deliver food more quickly and efficiently. I’m confident the industry is up for the challenge.

At Kinze, we champion ourselves as innovators. Creativity, problem solving and innovation have been the driving forces of this company since the very beginning. Our president and founder, Jon Kinzenbaw, started Kinze nearly 50 years ago in order to create products that offer real solutions, making it easier for growers to perform difficult, sometimes backbreaking jobs. That’s what we’re still about today.

Feel free to explore Kinze's rich history to learn more about the many innovations Kinze Manufacturing has delivered over the years.

Today, Kinze is still family-owned and at the forefront of the row-crop planter and grain cart industries. How do we maintain this success? Our owners and senior leadership team are continually reinvesting in the company, giving our talented employees the tools they need to create the next big innovation.

To be sure, we are very proud of the many game-changing products Kinze has brought to market over the years, yet our focus is and always will be on what’s next. What’s the next big innovation that can help farmers do their jobs more efficiently?

Have some ideas?

If you’re up for the challenge of helping us create the next big farming innovation – then there’s likely a place for you on our team. I encourage you to explore the current job openings at Kinze and get in touch with us if you see a good fit. We’re always looking for the next great mind that can help change farming for good – and forever.
