Kinze Large Capacity Grain Carts

Introducing four new grain carts: the 900, 1100, 1300 and 1500.

Never Wait on a Grain Cart Again

Grain carts improve the efficiency of your combine by allowing you to unload on the go and keep your combine working. But as combines have gotten bigger and faster, it’s become a challenge for grain carts to keep up. Until now.

New Grain Cart Demonstration - Part 2

New Dual-Auger Corner-Auger Design

A horizontal auger runs the full length of our new grain carts, which lowers the cart’s profile and makes it more stable and easy to maneuver. The horizontal auger feeds the vertical unloading auger, which allows all four models to move up to 750 bushels of grain per minute.

The new Kinze carts feature a ground-breaking externally-mounted forward-angled corner auger that pivots up to 10 degrees allowing 2 feet of reach and 2 feet of height adjustment. Kinze’s innovative corner unloading auger improves operator visibility, eliminating the need to look back over your shoulder to unload. The externally mounted auger allows for superior grain clean-out inside the cart while the pivoting feature allows for increased adjustability.

New Pivoting Vertical Auger

Another new feature on all four Kinze models is the pivoting vertical auger. The entire vertical auger can pivot up to 10 degrees allowing 2 feet of reach and 2 feet of height adjustment. The combination of the pivoting auger and the standard adjustable spout allow for more precise grain unloading.

Increased Auger Sizes Mean Increased Unloading Speeds

You can unload this cart and get back to the combine quickly and efficiently with Kinze’s dual-auger, high-capacity design.

All carts feature larger vertical and horizontal augers for faster, more efficient unloading speeds. The 900 has a 20” vertical auger and a 17” horizontal auger allowing it to achieve unloading rates of up to 500 bushels per minute (BPM). The 1100, 1300 and 1500 have a 22” vertical auger and a 20” horizontal auger to achieve unloading rates of up to 750 BPM.

Increased Bushel Capacities

Bigger combines need larger grain carts, the four new models have capacities of 900, 1100, 1300 and 1500 bushels. Larger cart capacity and faster unloading times mean increased harvesting efficiency.

Industry-Leading Design

Kinze builds its rugged grain carts for years of dependable service. The full-length horizontal auger eliminates wasted space found in other carts, and gives Kinze grain carts a good-looking, low-profile appearance. Smooth, angled corners and a durable powder coat finish also help make each new Kinze cart a head turner — in all the right ways.

New Tire Options

Flotation Tires: The 900 model features 66 X 43 R25 20 ply tires. The 1100 and 1300 models feature 1100/45 R46 189 A8 tires.

Row Crop Tires: The new Row Crop option features dual 520/85 R42 165 A8/B tires and is available on the 1100 and 1300 models.

Tracks: The tracked undercarriage offers the ultimate in flotation through its 36"-wide track and is available on the 1100, 1300 and 1500 models.

New Options and Attachments

All four carts can be ordered with a new electric roll tarp option and a dual camera option. The electric tarp allows operators to open and close the tarp from the cab – increasing operator efficiency. The dual camera option allows the operator to see the rear of the cart and the cart unloading simultaneously.

New Two Year Warranty

At Kinze, we have confidence in the products we build because we use them ourselves. That's why the 900, 1100, 1300 and 1500 all come with a two year warranty that is one of the best in the business.
