We encourage finding a balance between work and life with paid vacation and holidays, including a winter shutdown at the end of December. Within our factory we work a Monday-Thursday 4×10 schedule and offer office employees flextime and summer hour programs.

Manufacturing Landmark

Kinze’s manufacturing facility is one of Iowa’s most prominent manufacturing landmarks. Sitting adjacent to I-80, the Kinze facility is seen by thousands of travelers every day.  Here at Kinze, our manufacturing team churns out state-of-the-art planters, grain carts and tillage equipment in a highly integrated factory.

Located at Exit 216 off Interstate 80 near Williamsburg, Iowa, Kinze is situated in the heart of farm country; 25 minutes west of Iowa City, which is home to the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. Close enough to the metro corridor to take advantage of all that the two worlds offer.
